CANCELLATION POLICY
A 24-hour advanced cancellation notice is needed to avoid charges. Providing less than 24-hour advanced notice or a same-day cancellation for any reason will be subject to a charge of 50% of the session fee.
No-Call or No-Show Missed appointments are charged at FULL VALUE of Treatment.

Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 HOURS IN ADVANCE. Any cancellations, regardless of reason, with less than 24 hour of notice are subject to a CANCELLATION FEE of 50% of the cost of the scheduled service.

The time of our clients and staff are valuable and we have created this policy for this reason. When you miss an appointment with us, we not only lose your business, but also the potential business of other clients who could have scheduled an appointment for the same time. Additionally, many times our staff will be functioning in an "on call" status and may have traveled to the spa specifically for your service. For these reasons we are obligated to compensate our staff for their time as well as make up for the lost revenue.
When you schedule your appointment with us, you are agreeing to these policies. All services require a pre-payment when booking online and a credit card or gift certificate is required to guarantee a reservation when calling to book over the phone so please have your credit card and/or gift certificate ready.
